A gigante dos chips NVIDIA anunciou um investimento adicional de US$ 2 bilh\u00f5es no provedor de servi\u00e7os em nuvem CoreWeave. O aporte tem como objetivo acelerar a expans\u00e3o da infraestrutura da empresa, com a meta de adicionar mais de 5 gigawatts (GW) de capacidade de computa\u00e7\u00e3o em IA at\u00e9 2030.<\/p>\n

Como parte do acordo, a NVIDIA adquiriu a\u00e7\u00f5es Classe A da CoreWeave ao pre\u00e7o de US$ 87,20 por a\u00e7\u00e3o. As duas empresas planejam desenvolver em conjunto as chamadas \u201cf\u00e1bricas de IA\u201d, data centers que ser\u00e3o totalmente integrados ao mais recente ecossistema tecnol\u00f3gico da NVIDIA. Apesar de a CoreWeave ter chamado aten\u00e7\u00e3o recentemente devido ao alto n\u00edvel de endividamento \u2014 com uma d\u00edvida total de US$ 18,81 bilh\u00f5es at\u00e9 setembro de 2025 \u2014, o forte apoio da NVIDIA funciona como um importante voto de confian\u00e7a.
